My LO had so many issues with a different formula that we did the transition cold turkey. I couldn’t take the cries during a BM anymore! No tears at all with ByHeart!!!

Hi Shanley! Great question! In general, we recommend a gradual transition, but if you want to speed it up, definitely chat with your baby’s doctor to get their recommendations on the best way to do so! An important thing to remember is that it may take time—it can take up to two weeks for  a baby to fully adjust to a formula. Happy Feeding!
