Hey Jamie! It is highly possible to relactate and reclaim your breastfeeding journey after two months!!! It takes a consistent strategy, time, and follow through. Sometimes you can regain an adequate enough milk supply to fully nourish your child; sometimes you make enough to provide them with some valuable benefits of just a couple of servings of breast milk while supplementing the rest of what baby needs with formula to make up the difference. Please book an office hour with us here and let's chat for 15 minutes (it's FREE!) so we can get you going in the right direction. Then maybe you can book a virtual with us at goldilacts.com for ongoing support!
