I received my initial 2 cans but have not received anything since, and have been completely out of formula for the past few days. I’ve reached out via email/text and just keep getting the same automatic response that states that orders will be delivered soon. I understand the company is facing unprecedented volume right now, but I would think a personal response to my concern that I’ve run out of food for my 4 week old is the least they can do at this point. Getting a little concerned that I can’t get tracking information from anyone re: my next shipment.

Yeah this is the fourth time I’ve been sent this exact message. I’m just trying to figure out how many more days I’ll need to scrounge for random formula, and wish someone could look up my actual order. Tomorrow will be day 10 since you sent out the mass email that shipments were sent.
