Has anyone else run out of formula and not gotten a response from the company?
I received my initial 2 cans but have not received anything since, and have been completely out of formula for the past few days. I’ve reached out via email/text and just keep getting the same automatic response that states that orders will be delivered soon. I understand the company is facing unprecedented volume right now, but I would think a personal response to my concern that I’ve run out of food for my 4 week old is the least they can do at this point. Getting a little concerned that I can’t get tracking information from anyone re: my next shipment.
