Given that we ran out of donated breastmilk and only had a little of another brand of formula, I, too, switched over without a transition. Baby—who has had tummy issues—is doing just fine.

We switched over all at once and our baby did great! no issues at all:)

Hi Monica! It can take a bit of time for a baby to adjust to a new formula (and the exact transition timeline is totally dependant on the baby!). In general, we recommend a gradual transition, but if you want to speed it up, definitely chat with your baby’s doctor to get their recommendations on the best way to do so!
