I really love the book "Real food for mother and baby - the fertility diet, eating for two, and baby's first foods" by Nina Planck.
My quick summary from the fertility chapter, thinking about your diet in 5 food categories to obtain all the natural nutrients you need:
Vitamins A, D, K - whole milk/yogurt
Vit E- olive oil
Folate - green salad
Iodine - salmon
Zinc & B12 - red meat
Whenever I'm feeling depleted I go back to this list and cook a big lunch for myself using as many of these ingredients as I can.
It always seems to make me feel like I did something good for myself and baby.
